How we work with your agency.

1. Define the brief

We agree the audience, goals, deliverables and the assets or access needed.

2. Create and review

Work is prepared for your agency’s review, with feedback gathered through the agreed process.

3. Approve and hand over

Approved work is handed over or published according to the project scope.

What to send us.

Send sample recordings, the episode format, target length and any intro, outro or music files. Include spelling for names, useful links and the intended publishing platform.

You manage the client relationship. We support the work behind your brand.

Questions before we start.

Can you work with remote interview recordings?

Yes. Share a sample so we can assess the source audio and agree what can be improved before committing to the edit.

Will editing fix every recording issue?

The final quality depends on the original recording. Severe distortion, missing audio or heavy background noise may limit what can be recovered.

Do you publish the episodes for us?

Publishing, hosting access and distribution tasks should be agreed in the scope. Your agency keeps control of the client’s accounts and approvals.

Let’s scope your next project.

Tell us what your client needs and we’ll discuss the right scope for your agency.
